The last few days I hve made time to get in my exercise and oh what a difference in my attitude. It seems like such a small thing but what a big change. We can only control who we are and what we become. trying to chang others is a task for God not us.
So out I go and exercise and low and behold what others say and do does not seem to be so important any more. Exercise sends those little endorphins charging through the body and we can’t help ourselves we just feel better.
Since I have a choice in the matter I think I would like to go through the days feeling good about myself and others around me.
Exercise its just the ticket. Adjust your attitude.

Making Time

A bit today on what it takes to make something happen. My friend Cosmic called to chat yesterday and mentioned to me about the Blog. I was telling Him that I had run some and how much better I felt just getting out and moving.
Later as I was rethinking this for the Blog, I realized the most important part of the running, was taking making the time to do some form of exercise.
We make choices about time all day when to do one thing or another. Well lets help ourselves a little and make some time to get healthy.
Remember it does not take but about 15 minutes.

The Struggle

Good morning!
This is a note to myself about how this last year my job has changed and I sit all day. I also drive 3 times the distance (did’nt know about gas prices then). Point is the time out of my day and how hard it is to get my exercise in.
Yesterday I was at the eye Doctor and low and behold I am seeing wear starting to show on the old body. It prompted me to get out of bed and do a little running. The body needs the movement to help it repair itself.
The struggle against time is a big one but to stay healthy we must over come ourselves and fight on.
Make the move to better Health.

Movement, the act of moving, motion, this seems likely to be simplistic but exercise is that simple. We just need to add what ever we can to our daily life. Do not put limits on how you think of exercise. When just getting up and down from a chair or bed is a chore then make yourself do 5 extra times a day to help loosen the joints and add strength to the muscle.

Just try a small meal every couple of hours. Half of a sandwich,an orange some cottage cheese. You will find your energy to be much higher through the day without the slow down after a big meal.
